When can I expect to receive my order?

All items are shipped from our store. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days of the time you place your order. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail unless another option is selected at checkout. Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping location. Unless otherwise specified in the product description you should expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days of the ship date if you are in the Unites States. Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once orders are in the possession of the USPS we can no longer be responsible for any lost, delayed or stolen packages. UPS 2nd Day Guaranteed Delivery orders will shipped the same day if placed before 12pm PST. UPS does not Deliver on Saturday or Sunday. UPS 2nd day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday (holidays excluded). If you need overnight service please email us at info@exclusivethredz.com. International orders ship via FedEx. International shipping times will vary but range from 4-5 business days and provide tracking information. Please note individual countries have different customs rules and regulations. An item may sometimes be delayed in customs, we have no control of this scenario. Exclusive Thredz is not responsible for any customs charges determined by the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

 

 

Items can be returned for an online store credit only. All Items must be returned within 10 days after your order was delivered/received. If shipping back, it must be postdated on or before the 14th day. Return cards must be filled out and returned with your item. Return shipping is nonrefundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Items must have original tags (if tags are not present it will need original packaging) be unwashed and unworn. 

Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes Doorbuster items, Grab Bags, Graphic Tees, Accessories, Sale items, and anything with a coupon code. Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. Items that are returned to us after 10 days will not be accepted and your account will not be credited nor will it be shipped back to you. Your item will be forfeited and donated to a local shelter. If your item is damaged we need to hear from you by email (customerservice@exclusivethredz.com) within 48 hours of receiving. Damaged items will be assessed by our team and a credit will be given to one of your accounts (credit card/store account credit) at our discretion.
